Holiday house in a quiet location

Our holiday house is located in the bungalow park "De Noordel" on the outskirts of Oosterend. The plot is about 700 square meters and is protected by a hedge about 3 m high. The house is suitable for families with children.
There are 2 car parking spaces at the house. The kitchen including dishwasher was renovated in 2016, the bathroom was renewed in 2015. The house has a SAT system to receive almost all German programs.

In Oosterend there is a small supermarket, a butcher's shop and a wine and liquor store. A small number of restaurants are available.

In the main town Den Burg (about 7 km distance from the holiday house) there is a variety of shopping and restaurants.

In the house there are 3 bedrooms for 6 persons. Two bedrooms have a "French bed" for 2 people each and a bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for 2 people.

Sehr ruhig, die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und völlig ausreichend. Auch dem Hund hat es gefallen. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt - zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem - jederzeit wieder.

Bij aankomst via adres, prima te vinden. Sleutel in het kluisje naast de voordeur, gemakkelijk binnen te komen.Huisje is gedateerd met gebrekkig onderhoud. (Buitenverlichting niet werkend, honden geur in het huisje, stopcontacten die loslaten, kraan die uit elkaar viel, schimmel in de badkamer, lattenbodem die kapot is etc) ook waren de 2 persoons bedden/matrassen erg slecht. Verder ligt alles redelijk in de buurt en is Oosterend een mooi idyllisch dorpje.

Knus eenvoudig huisje

Prima verblijf voor een weekend, alles is aanwezig. Huisje is gedateerd maar netjes en een mooie grote tuin ligt heel rustig. Dorpje heeft een bakker, slager, fietsverhuur en restaurants. Knus is dus een passende woord voor dorpje en huisje

Genoten op een heerlijk rustig plekje

Leuk huisje, schoon, prima bedden, fijne keuken. Sanitair prima in orde. Enigszins gedateerd en hier en daar is een reparatie wenselijk, maar daar hebben we geen ongemak van gehad en we verwachten zeker nog een keer te boeken!

Leider wird an diesem HĂ€uschen nichts mehr vorgenommen. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen und heruntergekommen. Dadurch wirkt es lieblos. Wir werden es uns 2x ĂŒberlegen, wieder hierhin zu kommen.

Schön zentral in Oosterend gelegen.

Das Zentrum von Oosterend ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Aber auch Den Burg und der Hafen in Oudeshild sind nicht weit entfernt. Das HĂ€uschen ist eine prima Basis fĂŒr einen perfekten Texel-Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Die Lage des Hauses war fĂŒr uns super. Wir hatten FahrrĂ€der dabei und konnten alles erreichen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist von einer Hecke umgeben so dass man total geschĂŒtzt ist. Leider nicht vollstĂ€ndig eingezĂ€unt. Die Unterkunft könnte eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen.

Ohne Verwalter hĂ€tten wir das Haus nicht gefunden. Es gab zwar Polster fĂŒr LiegestĂŒhle, aber keine LiegestĂŒhle. Der Dreck unter der Tischdecke des Außentischs war ekelig. Lage und Ruhe waren wunderbar

Super toller Urlaub bei unseren niederlÀndischen Freunden

Alle Aktionen im Vorfeld, Buchung+ Kommunikation, 1a. Anreise, Unterkunft sehr positiv. Einfach, aber sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Kompletter Hausstand mit allen GerĂ€ten... ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Wer hier meckert, sollte in einem 5 Sterne Hotel buchen. Schönes großes GrundstĂŒck. Ideal fĂŒr Urlaub mit Hund. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wĂŒrden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Nicht noch einmal

An sich ist es ein schön aufgeteiltes Bungalow. Ist ist alles da, was man benötigt. Allerdings mĂŒssen BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher selbst mitgebracht werden, was in der Beschreibung bei Buchung nicht stand. Bei Ankunft mussten wir erst ei mal putzen. Im Bachofen waren noch das Backpapier und Reste vom VorgĂ€nger, der Boden war dreckig und hat geklebt, der Tisch nicht abgeputzt, Geschirr und Besteck dreckig. Es liefen Ameisen herum und die EingangstĂŒr ist bei Regen undicht und Wasser lĂ€uft rein. Wenn man einmal selber geputzt hat war es ok, aber mehr auch nicht.
