Triple Play #2L is a spacious home that offers 3 different private apartments. #2L is a second floor, air-conditioned apartment that features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and one fully tiled bathroom with a granite tile floor. The eat-in kitchen features an updated tiled floor and backsplash. There are 2 flat screen TV's - a 55" (or larger) Roku TV in the living room with DVD player, and a 43" (or larger) Roku TV in the bedroom. Guests especially enjoy relaxing in the extensive patio area in the rear, which is complete with gas grills and plenty of outdoor dining area. There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and a shared laundry area for all the apartments.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.



PLEASE NOTE: The pool listed is a community (public-Wilber Park) pool that is approximately 1/2 mile from the location. There may be a fee for access.



There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.



The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. A Smart TV comes with cable channels and a DVD player, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

AllStar Village Visit - Everything needed

This is a great apartment for 1-2 people. Stayed here in the beginning of August and the air conditioning was put to the test. It had everything that was needed and I would stay here again if the price remains right. Great neighborhood close to a nice big park and the free laundry was a bonus.
