Located in an Oneonta residential setting, Championship House is comprised of 3 individual units. These units are an excellent choice for families traveling together who want the convenience of the same location, while still enjoying their own private accommodations. The Championship #2 unit is very convenient to both the Cooperstown All Star Village (3.5 miles) and the Cooperstown Baseball World (3 miles) baseball tournaments.

This is a 2-bedroom, spacious first floor apartment. It features one bed in each bedroom, a large (55" or larger) flat screen smart Roku TV in the living room, with smaller f(43" or larger) lat screen smart Roku TV's in each bedroom. Just bring streaming apps to watch all your favorite sports and shows. Free high speed wireless internet is also available for your use.

The updated kitchen has a granite countertop and tiled floor. The bathroom is fully tiled, with a tub/shower combo. A gas grill is available for your convenience. There is a shared laundry room in the building with free laundry for our registered guests.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.

Championship #2 is in a residential neighborhood, convenient to the All-Star Village and Baseball World ballparks as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.

There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

There are 2 other units available in this building. One has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (Championship #3), the other is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom option (Championship #1). For larger groups, you can rent all three to have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that will sleep 12. Please contact us if you are interested in renting the entire house for a larger group accommodation.
