This newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom ranch-style home in Elkhorn West O offers a bright and inviting atmosphere, ideal for families or groups seeking a fully loaded home. Nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood just steps from a splash park and playground, this home is designed for unforgettable memories. It's also only 1 mile from Flanagan fishing lake and scenic walking/running trail. Single home with plenty of space. To living room areas along with the game room. Fully stocked kitchen. Four bedrooms and three full baths. Three bedrooms are on the main floor along with two full bathrooms on the main floor. The basement host the second living room area, the game room, a full bathroom and the fourth bedroom. There are two outside, sitting areas, one on the deck and one on the backyard patio. The property also has a completely fenced backyard. *Patio furniture and fire pit are seasonal items and are stored during winter months November- February Guest have access to the full house minus the garage and furnace room. Home has fully fenced back yard and full driveway parking. Two outdoor sitting areas too! Easy access on main floor to 3 bedrooms (one bedroom in basement) also main floor has two full bathrooms. One main floor bath has a shower without a tub for easy entry. (Additional full bathroom in the basement) Midwest Vacay Stays provides fully loaded homes. We spent 9 nights at this lovely home. It was clean, inviting and had everything we needed. Every room was comfortable and cozy. The hosts were very helpful and went above and beyond to communicate and make sure we had what we needed. We recommend staying here if you are in the area. We look forward to our next stay in the spring.

This is an amazing home! 10/10! Everything was perfect and immaculately cleaned. The kitchen and baths were stocked extremely well. We enjoyed the pingpong table and the outdoor ladder golf. The home was lovely and the neighborhood was wonderful--the nearby park and splash pad was such a bonus too. The location was perfect for us and for anyone who wants to be in west Omaha. Julie was available for any questions, however it was such a wonderful stay, we didn't need a thing. Would definitely stay at this home again!

Our family travels to Omaha every 6 months to receive medical care at UNMC. This is the best property we have ever stayed in while in Omaha. The host was very accommodating and the home was perfect! The kitchen was better stocked than our home in MN. I would highly recommend this property. We definitely plan to stay here again.

We were so impressed with this property. Incredibly clean, Everything brand new and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay!! There were 7 of us staying here, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable!! Our host Julie was incredible to work with. She was over the top attentive and helped us with recommendations for places to dine and things to do in the area. This was a first class experience!!!!
