Location of the room is good, but some dinnerware in cabinet are not clean :(

In general, property location is great. Room is tidy. Unfortunately, the dinnerware inside the cabinets are not all that clean. My wife and I had to wash some of the bowls and plates and stuff before we can use them. :( Maybe because we booked late, it is a bit pricey for 1 night. Thanks.
