Inside, this air-conditioned haven boasts 5 generously sized bedrooms, providing ample space for the whole family. With 2 full bathrooms, there won't be any morning rush! Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please start the towels (do not overload the machine!) Towels must be started in dryer and not left in washer. If you will not have time to get a second load in the dryer, do not start in washer.
Start dishwasher. Empty all garbage cans and remove all food.
Turn heat back down to 60, or turn ACs off. Close and lock all open windows. Turn off all lights, put one key back on buffet, and one in lockbox, and lock both doors.

Great place and location!!

We selected this property just from the pictures and description of the house on VRBO as well as the location. We were not disappointed!! The house is great! It really is right on the beach! You walk out the door and are on the beach! We had 4 adults and 1 child in our group. The house was spacious for us and had everything we needed. The beds we used were comfortable and the house was clean upon our arrival. The location is great for walking around Old Orchard Beach. The owner is fantastic! We stayed at the house during the April week of the nor'easter and she was great with staying in contact with us and even made sure we had a shovel just in case we needed to shovel our cars (we didn’t need to). We loved our stay! Great house and great location!

A great experience! Whitney was very responsive & accommodating. The rental was beautiful, clean & comfortable. So cozy! The location & view, amazing! Nicely stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes & cookware. TV’s in every bedroom was great although 1 didn’t work. We did rearrange the living room to make it easier to view the tv. A couple of throws & cushions on the couches would have been a nice addition. The thermostat on the 3rd floor couldn’t be adjusted so it was a little uncomfortably warm for sleeping. None of these things detracted from our stay. It was perfect! Would have given 6 stars if possible. The gentleman working there was so nice, taking a couple of group photos for us, thank you. The view from the decks was gorgeous! We hope to be back next fall. Thank you for an amazing girl’s weekend!
