Our host was very attentive and responded quickly to any text. The house had an amazing amount of dishes silverware,cups and glasses. We had10 people and never ran out of clean dishes. Our host thought of everything from beach chairs to extra tables to coffee pods and/or beans and a grinder. Our 4 grandchildren took over a bedroom and 6 adults and 2dogs had plenty of room to hang out.

This was the best home that I have stayed at. The house was so well stocked with kitchen items (so many spices, utensils, grills), towels, and just extras (beach chairs, bug spray, etc). The home was very clean. The host was great and communicated as needed with me about extras. The location was fine and close enough with driving to the places that we were interested in visiting. Thr backyard was also a great size and the kids loved playing back there. Highly recommend.

I have never been to a rental property that had more towels than I could ever need. James really was amazing throughout our entire stay and had anticipated every need we could have. Parking permit for the beach, three different type of grill options, stumbling distance to Jimmy the Greeks, two type of coupe glasses, everything! Comfortable bedding, good A/C, bars of Dove soap. Chef kiss!

Good stay

We (two families of four) stayed in this house in the second half of June 2025. It's a neat house with enough beds to sleep for 8-10 people. The only downside is one shower. There is another one with hot watter outside of the house but when it's cold outside you may not want to use it. The house if fully stuffed with home appliances, dishes and cookware. They even provided complimentary Keurig coffee cups, some water and beer. Overall it's a good property.

Fantastic stay!

The property is well managed! Our group of 5 adults and 4 young kids felt very at home. James is a get host and very communicative. The property has all the amenities you could need, is centrally located close to the beach, highway, and supermarket is close by also. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the upstairs rooms has multiple beds. The bathrooms are kept well and clean. We enjoyed our stay from bbq, bonfire with smores, to watching movies, we all felt very relaxed here.

Lobster and Sand

property was perfect for us, our 3 kids and 2 grandkids. Convenient location (beach lot parking pass was a real plus). Air conditioned house was great for the 90 degree days and nights. House was well equipped including plenty of towels and robes for the popular out door after beach shower. James was very available and helpful including some great restaurant recommendations. We’re planning to return and highly recommend it.

Great location, Wonderful host and Beautiful home.

House was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed and more. Host James thought of everything even left us a little local gift which we enjoyed. Location was perfect just enough outside of all the OOB traffic. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great everything

Impressive

This house was great, in many ways! James has really thought of everything, even down to hook placement for the outdoor shower ….your towels stay dry! We have stayed in homes in many places, including Europe and this was the most well equipped and easy to live in! There were two daily beach parking passes included and they were invaluable!!! Overall we would highly recommend this property!

Cozy and well furnished

The house appears to have been recently renovated. It is very cozy and well furnished. Thoughtful touches (a spare toothbrush in the bathroom, mosquito repellent near the patio door) made us feel even more welcome. The outdoor shower is a brilliant touch after those afternoons at the beach! The location is very central, close to the main beaches and minutes from groceries and restaurants.

Clean, spacious home, in a great location. Perfect for an extended stay at Old Orchard beach.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was very clean and organized upon arrival. Overall we had 6 adults and 6 children ranging in ages of 1-8 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and sleep. We really enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole set in the backyard. The backyard shower was a nice bonus for those hot days coming back from the beach. It was a short drive to the beach and the parking passes definitely came in handy! Everyone had a great experience and we look forward to coming back in the future.

We loved everything!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were awesome. The layout was perfect for us. The outdoor shower was so nice and the pressure was fantastic. Everything was available to us…from lobster pot and utensils to fancy glassware to grills to lawn games to fluffy towels to comfortable beds and furniture. Add in spices and paper towels plenty of storage space. Front porch to watch people passing by. Side yard with fire pit and horse shoes. Back deck and concrete walkway to shower that offered a robe for convenience. The welcoming bottles of wine were a wonderful touch. The trolley was a short walk. And the beach parking passes were appreciated. I can’t wait to find time to book the getaway again. We loved it!!!

The Perfect spot

This Vrbo had the absolute perfect amenities! Finally a Vrbo that is stocked appropriately for the amount of guests. There were more then enough towels and hand towels. Silverware, plates, cups, etc. super clean!! They even had extra toothbrushes and medicine. The best was that the fridge was stocked with water and fresh butter and spices. I was fully impressed. Give this stay a 5 star review. This owner thought of everything. Even had stuff for an outdoor bbq. Thank you for the best stay.

Very happy with our stay

"We were pleasantly surprised with our house rental in Old Orchard Beach. All the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. All the appliances seemed brand new and furniture was clean and stylish. It was also nice having a 24 hour convenience store, a bar and restaurant, and a liquor store all within walking distance from the backyard. It is definitely a place will come back to in the future."

Ideal Location and Perfectly Equipped

The location was great — just a short walk/ride to the beach, and I appreciated the parking passes. As for the house itself, everything was super well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our stay. The layout is fantastic for cooking and entertaining, both inside and outside. Lots of space to hang out, grill, eat, and relax. Plus, so much original woodwork throughout makes this place really unique. Looking forward to visiting again!

An awesome place

We were so impressed with this house. The living room with the bar and the kitchen gave us a comfortable and cozy place to socialize. I loved all the bedrooms, especially the room my friend had with a vanity.
