Present: TV and washing machine. The beach is about 900 meters away and therefore is easily reached on foot, but for those who want to go by car, it can be done without problems as the apartment has relevance to a parking space 70 meters from the beach. It is also an ideal apartment as a starting point to visit the beaches of the north-east coast of Sardinia, from Budoni to the Costa Smeralda. The photos represent the standard type of three-room apartment available inside the structure, all furnished in the same style; also available the studio type up to 3 people and the two-room type up to 5.
