Wonderful sea view and only 200m to the beach - House Ivanka

The apartment is located upstairs in a new holiday house which was completed in 2013. The studio is modern and tastefully decorated. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a 20sqm large roof terrace, ideal for relaxing wonderful.

The studio is kept open. In the entrance area there are the kitchen and a small dining area, as well as access to the separate bedroom, terrace and bathroom.

Due to the slope, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the islands of Brac, Solta and Hvar. A nice barbecue area is available.

The house is very quiet. The beach and the crystal clear water is only 200m away. There is no road that could make you the rest on the beach in dispute. In 1st 5km distance in Okrug Gornji is located with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. In the immediate vicinity there is also a German-speaking diving school.

The old town of Trogir is 5km away and is easily reached by car. Also can be very good to start from the home base for day trips, eg. B to Split (35km), Krka waterfalls (62km) or the beautiful town of Primosten (40km).

Tolles Apartment

Wir waren 8 Tage und Nächte in diesem tollen Apartment. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat alles geboten was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieterin Ivanka war besonders freundlich und machte uns den Aufenthalt mit ihrer offenen und aufgeschlossenen Art sehr angenehm! Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Alles Super!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Terasse. Von der großzügigen Terassse aus kann man die Aussicht mit einem Glas Wein oder Pivo auf das Meer besonders genießen. In der Nähe gibt es eine sehr schöne Badebucht, fußläufig ist es in ein paar Minuten gut zu erreichen. Ivanka unsere Vermieterin hat uns mit ihrer herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastfreundschaft sehr beeindruckt. Ingesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, sehr empfehlenswert.
