This modern upstairs condo is close to shopping and Integris hospital. Two bedrooms one with king bed the other has a queen bed and lots of closet space. Kitchen is fully equipped and has full size SS appliances and washer and dryer. One reserved parking space. Large shower and soap dispenser(no tub). Balcony overlooks a peaceful green courtyard. Very nicely decorated and clean. This condo was completely updated a few years ago. You will love the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. This condo is located on the second floor of a very small complex. Nice living room with desk, eat in kitchen, two good sized bedrooms, and one full bath. This is a NO smoking property or vaping home even with medical card. Located on Brookline and 61st Terrace.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great getaway during stressful times
This property is a great place to be in the city when it is needed. We were close to highways and malls and food. Everything we needed was within a 20 minute drive.
