This property met all of our expectations! It was clean, beautiful and centrally located. We really appreciated the garage for parking because our car window was broken during a thunderstorm as we traveled to Oklahoma. We felt extra secure with our car parked inside until the window could be repaired. We had a great stay and will be hoping to stay with you all again!

I don't want to give a positive review, because I want to gatekeep this property for when I need to visit my daughter at UCO! This place was adorable, easy to find, clean, and close to the school! They even had a little stock of things in the bathroom in case you forgot something essential, to include hair ties. There were also some super thoughtful touches like TV remotes on both nightstands in the master bedroom, and bibles to take home if you need one. The only thing I want to stress, which is very clear in the listing, is that this is a loft/garage apartment. If you can't do stairs, this is not the place for you. That being said, I am an ambulatory wheelchair user in heart failure on oxygen. I knew there were stairs based on the listing, but I knew I would only be going up once. The stairs are a good width and sturdy with a handrail on one side and a wall on the other that helped me stay steady going up and down. So there you have it: my unfortunately positive review of this adorable little apartment. My kid is going to be at UCO for several years, and we will absolutely stay here again and again and again!
