洗濯機、乾燥機がついているのが、決め手になりました。 特にガス乾燥機最高です！ 洗濯機、乾燥機、TV、給湯器、トイレ洗浄機、ほぼ自宅で使用しているメーカーと同じ。何ひとつ不自由しませんでした。
