Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from train station. Staff is okay. Not as polite as other Japanese hotels. Check in is very busy and long line up. Same as breakfast. Room size is good and very comfortable. Room is clean and quiet.

Okayama friendly hotel.

The hotel is very convenient for travelers who use the railways as their mode of transport. The rooms are well maintained and clean.The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK depending on what time you got there. On the whole I would recommend the Toyoko hotels.

The hotel has all basic facilities we need and the room is not too small. The breakfast is good. Good location a short walk to Okayama station but the down side is you can still hear the trains passing though not too loud

Very budget conscious hotel. Felt more like a hostel. Self serve check-in. Older property, but clean. Mattress very hard, yet I still slept well. Breakfast in the morning was pretty substantial. If on a budget, it's fine; pay an extra $30-40 per night and there is a huge difference in accommodations.

Very good serviced Hotel, next to Okayama station

Okoyama is very friendly town. Hotel is very close to Okayama station. Many chances to find good foods, shops and restaurants. The best breakfest during our 2 - weeks journey in the Japan cities and islands. Very good also cleanless and personal service.

The hotel is consider about 500m from station, not too far and not close either. It looks a bit tired, room is comparable small, but breakfast is really good where the staff is caring and keep fill in the food. Thank you

It was good experience but if the hotel didn’t give us drink bottle, please put the water dispenser at every floor, because they only put water dispenser for drink at near of receptions, it little bit inconvenience for guest who want to drink a lot (have to go back many times to get water drink)
