Fantastic location. Covered walkway from the train station with many restaurants and shopping along the way. Basic twin room was pretty small but love the locations!

Premium room was well stocked and pristine but separate toilet room was a very tight space. Shower room and vanity were spacious and renovated. Staff very welcoming and despite proximity to main station, well sound proofed. Definitely a good hotel choice and excellent location!

Hotel Granvia Okayama - Totally unacceptable. We booked 3 rooms at same price and same size. 1 room on 11/ F No. 1105 is as per our request. Unfortunately the other 2 rooms on 12/F is very small (only half size of room no. 1105). Why we booked the rooms at same price but the size are in such a big difference. We would like to request for refund for room No. 1233 and 1234.
