スタッフ対応が不満

施設はとても良い。フロントの対応が非常に不満。23時までチェックイン可能なため、22時半に到着想定で向かっていたら21時頃電話が来て、何時にきますか？と聞かれた。確認自体は問題ないが、聞き方が早く来てくれないかという態度だった。ルールを破ったわけでもないのになぜそんな態度で話すのかわからない。そんなに気になるなら予約時に到着時間を聞くシステムにすればいい。 また予定通り到着しチェックインして部屋に向かうと、次はチェックインしましたか？という電話。チェックイン完了のメールも来ていたし指示通り操作して部屋に向かったのに、なぜ電話でわざわざ確認してくるのか。まずそちらのシステムで確認して欲しい。電話切ってすぐ3回目の電話、チェックイン時に渡すものがあったのが渡せていないので今から部屋に向かいますとのこと。こちらはお風呂に入っていたのに、わざわざ一度出て応対。退室時にわたすカードのようなものを持ってきたが、その際もスタッフの方はフードを被ったままだった。チェックインの際フロントに誰もいなかったし、事前の指示では無人機でチェックインしてくださいと書いてあった。 ミスは100歩譲って仕方がないかもしれないが、フード被った対応などは誠意に欠けると思う。施設自体は綺麗でよかった。ただもう使わない。
