"Things we liked: walking proximity to falls, stores, and restaurants was excellent. Very close to Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob as well. Room was very clean and not crowded. Lots of grab-and-go breakfast options. Things we disliked: For the price, the place is starting to look run down; railings need painted for example, flower boxes were empty or had 1-2 sad flowers in them, and other small maintenance tasks are required to improve overall look of the place, as well as some small interior issues as well. Walls are also very thin - more so than the average motel."
