The hotel is a bit tired. The decor needs updating, there are bits & pieces that were aging and therefore not great. The ‘balcony’ from the bedroom ran across a couple, possibly more rooms with no break to separate the rooms - could be interesting if you were naked in your room & someone fancied a stroll! Although I wouldn’t have gone out there as it was thick bird droppings. The breakfast wasn’t great either, not sure what the scrambled eggs were made of but they didn’t taste like egg. The location is ideal for the station, it’s about 10/15 mins into the main shopping area etc.

From the moment we walked through the doors we knew we had made the right choice. Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful in every way. Our rooms were immaculate and comfortable which made for the perfect night’s sleep - and breakfast was superb! We especially enjoyed our complementary coffee and pastry in the afternoon.
