Animal House is a beautiful newly constructed pet friendly home located in Ocracoke's Pamlico Point community. Pamlico Point offers the closest access to Ocracoke's wonderful beaches. You will enjoy a short bike ride to restaurants, a grocery store, and the nearby beach access. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features a reverse floor plan offering long range views from the decks and second floor living areas. The reverse floor plan offers all three bedrooms and two full baths on the first floor. The spacious open living area on the upper level features vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King Bed. One bedroom with Queen Bed and one bedroom with Pyramid Bed (Double on bottom/Twin on top). Amenities include screened porch, central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access and 2 cable TV’s. The kitchen offers a spacious bar. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk. The exterior offers covered and open decks. Outdoor shower. Covered parking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. No Smoking. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. Location and Property Layout: Pamlico Point is the newest neighborhood in Ocracoke Village. Travel mapping websites, including Google Maps (which is also found on our Location Tab) does not show all current homes or those under construction. The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a travel crib, and a dining table. Limited housekeeping is available.
