Very lovely

We enjoyed our stay. Weather was so nice. Avg temp 70 degrees. Pool was nice, hot tub was great. Only thing we didnt like was having to pay for laundry. Trust me that is not a deal breaker here. We were able to walk down to the pier and enjoyed the local marketplace on thursday. And its right next to the Top Gun House. We walked everywhere and had so much fun.

Beautiful!!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful, well maintained, and extremely well stocked place on the beach! Seriously the kitchen has everything you might need and there were plenty of extra towels and bedding. Located within walking distance of the pier and near all the shops and restaurants. The property grounds and unit are very clean and extremely well maintained. You have access to a well equipped gym with a sauna and a whirlpool as well as the outdoor pool. Check-in and check out was very easy. We loved having a gated covered parking spot very close to the unit. The host is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation

Wonderful stay at the property. Check-in was seamless and the suite was clean and welcoming. The only constructive feedback is in regards to the pull-out couch bed. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, even when the mattress was taken off the frame (which had to be done as there was no way one could sleep on it otherwise) . Once the mattress was placed on the floor for additional support, it was still very uncomfortable due to the quality of the mattress. Unfortunate as the stay otherwise, and the main bed, was exceptional. I would highly recommend this accommodation (if you do not need to utilize the pull-out)

Relaxing spring break

Property was beautiful. Bed was comfy! Kitchen had everything I needed. Great location, close to beach and harbor. Plenty of sight seeing to do in the area. Great restaurants near by too!

Not Clean

We have stayed in several units at this location and this was the least clean of all. While the surfaces appeared clean there was a great deal of hair, dirt, dust and ants all throughout the unit. It needed a very good deep cleaning.

Very comfortable stay

We arrived to the unit after 5pm so we had to check in with the patrol office (different from the HOA office). This small office is beside the parking area on Pacific. Guard was friendly and got us checked in promptly. He asked for the unit number, my ID and name. The owner hadn't given me the unit number beforehand but he figured it out. It then took us a while to find the actual unit and figure out how the elevators work. Once you get to the F/G parking area, the unit is actually one floor down. The unit is very clean

Anniversary/Business Week

There was a rough start getting checked in. They had switched computers system. Which led to a few glitches. However, the owner was very kind and apologetic. She compensated us very well. Which was extremely appreciated. The property is quite large. It took us a while to get our bearings. The condo is small, but very comfortable. I did a lot of cooking while there, and I do wish the pots and pans were better. Again, the host couldn’t have been kinder and we enjoyed our stay there

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay with a view of the sea and sunset watching. David was very helpful when the hot water went out in the building and directed us to the showers in the gym. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific location on beach

North Coast Villages is a sprawling complex, confusing at times to find your way around. The facility has plenty of fun activities - pool, hot tub, putting green, laundry room, rec room, library, game room. And it is right on the beach and easy walking distance to the harbor and good restaurants. Our unit was well equipped and comfortable, though there was no a/c and it was very warm the first night we arrived. There was only a small 4c. coffeemaker provided & the large 12 c. one didn't work. There were several nightlights provided and beach equipment which was appreciated (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys, boogie boards). Beds were very comfy. Though it states that children under 14 aren't allowed in the hot tub without parents, there were always several children in the hot tub with no parents around. green, pingpong,.

Lovely location

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely location! The complex is older, so don't expect A/C or a slick modern feel. It has beach house vibes, but in many of the best ways - homey, well stocked and cared for, updated kitchen and bathroom, and a responsive manager. The grounds of the complex are lovely, and the beaches are easy to access directly. Bonus points for easy parking. No noise from neighbors, and there is even a water feature outside the window, that adds calming white noise when the windows are open, in addition to views of lush foliage, butterflies and hummingbirds. The bed and sofa (not folded out) were both comfortable for our taste. Would happily stay here again in the future.

Great time

Steps from the sand . Beach is nice and clean . Staff on property are friendly . Lots to do if you don’t feel like leaving the property or going to the beach . Full gym and this is coming form a muscle head so it’s good . Putting greens , no need to bring clubs or balls they have them at front desk , pool tables , foosball , ping pong . Only issue which has nothing to do with host but the property has washer and dryer area and for that u need to download an app and the minimum amount of money u can add is $10. So unless you have a lot of laundry then you’re losing money . Overall, I loved it and we’re already going to plan our next vacation for next year and use the same Host

Excellent location, beautiful grounds.

Loved our stay in this unit. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning. Enjoyed watching the hummingbirds that loved the waterfall, trees and feeder by the patio. The beach is a three minute walk from the unit. Walking distance to fun shops and great food. Complex was beautifully landscaped. The Pool was great. Looked like they are expanding it as there is some construction/landscaping repair happening. We received notice that water was being shut off for a few hours one day, but we were fine. We went and explored the mission that day. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.
