House is sanitized w/bleach. Quiet community on beautiful Indian River Bay you can literally see the bay pool & kids play area from the living rm sectional & porch. Private pool & beach, launch a kayak or go for a bay swim from the backyard. Go out early & look for the dolphins. Sometimes YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE THE dolphins from the living room sofa. Ride a bike to the James Farm Reserve or Fresh Pond Trail. Tired of the private beach? 6 min drives to both Bethany & Delaware state park beaches. 20 min to Rehoboth. Tons of restaurants bars & activities nearby.

A great off season getaway

Good Value, great location
Great location accessible to the beaches easily. We had three cars parking was no problem. Needs to update kitchen amenities (needs better knives, more utensils, a toaster, wine key...) These are easy fixes that I am sure will be taken care of by the owner soon.

The pool was awesome - some confusion as to the entrance to come in. But all in all great- the plumber who had been in before our stay forgot to turn back on the hot water valve - but after a little investigating- i resolved the issue. Would highly recommend
