After a few exterior steps, you are first greeted on the main floor with the spacious living area, but also have an additional entertainment space in the converted garage- with a dining table, smart TV, extra refrigerator, and games! NO PETS allowed. NO Smoking. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.
RESORT AMENITIES (Available for an additional fee, see policies) include: Indoor & seasonal outdoor pools, Indoor hot tub, Fitness center, Clubhouse with game rooms (board games, pool, ping-pong, foosball, arcade games), Tennis & pickleball courts, Volleyball court, Bay access for kayaks, Day docks for boats, Sunset viewing deck and a Poolside Grill.
For use of community amenities: $225 one time fee Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2000. Policies of lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount is not reflected in the VRBO quote.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO.
