There were 6 adults and 4 kids on a long weekend for a family vacation.Pros: the property was as pictured on the website. It was well stocked and a short walk to the beach. There was a peek-a-view ocean view. It is quite lovely.Cons: we had several things that needed fixing, which is also understandable. Upon check in, none of the 3 arcade games were working. We made a call and the property manager offered to come out. She said she would arrive within the hour, and 2 hours later, it took a second phone call and she arrived. She tried her best, was on the phone with the owner, and was unable to fix the games. She said, someone from the arcade in Long Beach would be out that same night to look at them, but no one showed and no phone call.The propane tank on the bbq was low and we asked for a replacement and was told she would drop it off, first thing in the morning. Noon, the next day, no tank, so a second message was sent, and it was dropped out shortly, thereafter.At this point, our faith in their follow through was in question.The downstairs shower had a leak from the shower head spraying on the ceiling. We had to wrap a towel around it for a temporary fix.We also had a leak from under the kitchen sink, that our son, was able to fix. I did send them a private message re: all the issues that occurred and that need to be fixed, and there was no response from the owner or property manager.Communication is key with rentals. For this reason, we would not rent here again.

I wanted to say we had a wonderful time and we made lots of memories. Everyone agreed that the jacuzzi was a hit. We all had some time to warm up. Everyone had a place and space to go to when they needed their space. The kitchen is set up where we all could cook. There was 10 of us to feed and we could easily move around. We took our shoes off at the door and it was a wonderful home to come back to for a week. Thank you.

Beach stay dream

Possibly the finest rental in the Greater Long Beach area. Thoughtful touches throughout to provide the most comfortable stay. Direct access to beach is priceless. Perfectly appointed kitchen and baths. Quality towels and linens.Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

We had the best time at this home! It is perfectly located close to town in a private setting with just a short private path away from the beach! With all the amenities and comfort of home plus the extras of a fun vacation like a game room and family room for the kids! Hosts were quick to respond and super accommodating. We recommend this home and will be back!
