The popular building had a total exterior renovation in 2009: new exterior, doors, windows, sliders doors and more. The building is well situated on the oceanfront and each of the 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath units include dining-living room area opening to the oceanfront balcony. You will enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean and beach while relaxing in your unit. Each kitchen includes all major appliances and each unit is well equipped with: washer, dryer, unit air conditioning and use of the off street parking and elevator. Some units are NON-SMOKING. This oceanfront masonry building will fill fast-don't lose your vacation!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

A one week vacation

This is the 2nd year in a row the wife and i vacationed here. We enjoyed it so much the first year, we had to come back. There are 2 doubke bed in the bedroom, kinda small for a couple, unless you want to sleep on the living area fold out sofa, which is queen size. We utilized the bedroom tho. The view from the balcony is just awesome for the sunrise. There are pleanty of places to dine, and other activities which are within a very reasonable dustance. The beach itself is just outside the door, within steps of the building... meaning, you can leave your beach gear in the car, and not have to keep lugging it in and out of the building.

Great place to stay!

Location is great! Property is well maintained. The condo itself could use a little updating but thats pretty common for beachfront. The only downside was the washer, it was extremely loud, as if every load was off balance. Overall stay was great and would have no problem staying here again!

parking problem

someone parked in my assigned space. The booking agency does not have authority to call towing, probably because the property is a HOA. Was told I would have to take care of the towing myself, Met the head of the HOA. He said if they did not move in 2 hours, he would call the towing company. Fortunately they moved. In the meantime, I had to park on the street, Not a good system.
