**PRICE REDUCED FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 5 - JULY 7** Three balconies with incredible ocean and bay views! A great split-level floor plan offering a private master suite with a 14th floor ocean front balcony! Downstairs the spacious main living area is comfortably furnished to kick back in front of the TV or gather for meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. All the early birds can watch a beautiful sunrise from the main ocean front balcony. An additional full bathroom and 2nd bedroom with bayside balcony are located at the opposite end of the unit where you can marvel over the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. The Century I Building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.

* Indoor pool is open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coastal Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time. Your reservation includes a $50 registration fee for the Century 1 building. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.
