Hot/Cold, private outdoor shower located on the 1st floor. The Second & Third floors boasts 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. 2nd Floor -Bedroom 1: offers a Queen Beds w/Oceanfront Balcony, Bedroom 2: has 2 Double beds. 3rd Floor- Bedroom 3: has a Queen Bed with Oceanfront Balcony Bedroom 4: has a Double bed. Central air, washer/dryer-located in closet at Entry door, reserved parking for 1 car included! Back deck with 48 x48 storage shed off Dining Room. Fall vacation
I would say that everything was pretty good except for the cleanliness of the place when you walk in where you park the car underneath was filthy. Washer and dryer area was filthy. bedspreads all had to be washed because they were all dirty. floors were not clean. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a big TV in the living room for those days when it was rainy the TV was very small in the living room.

Beautiful Location
So close to the beach, just walk off the porch and through the fenced dune! Great views from the balconies.
The no paper products or linens seems outdated in today's rental environment. You'd think for this much per night, they could provide some TP and hand soap.
