Beautiful condo in the popular Carousel building. The bedrooms have been beautifully updated with new furnishings & flooring. . Large condo with a full kitchen (Keurig and regular drip coffee maker), living area, 3 bedroom and a den property with lots of amenities. This is a perfect condo pick for a large family.
Building includes an indoor and outdoor pool and a kiddie pool, spa, gym and sauna. children's play area and an ice skating rink! Condo includes washer, dryer, full kitchen and wifi. With a king bed in the primary bedroom, 2 full size beds in bedroom 2, a queen in the third bedroom, a double sleep sofa in the living area and a queen sleep sofa in the den and 2 full baths, there is plenty of sleeping areas for a family of up to twelve people! Property rents any 5 nights in season and any 3 nights off season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.
$50.00 Registration Fee at building, 7 foot garage clearance.
Smoking prohibited in all units, balconies and common areas. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
