A great ocean view so close to the beach you can smell the salt air and hear the waves. This 3rd floor beach home puts you right in the middle of sights and sounds of summertime. A bright open floor plan with plenty of comfortable seating to relax or gather for meals prepared in the beautifully updated kitchen. Newly installed router in the unit for faster Wi-Fi with a monitor for an added convenience. Welcome to Unit 304 where your perfect beach vacation begins! The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65.

This condo was perfect. The location is great many restaurants in walking distance. The fireworks were amazing from the balconies(there are 2) the condo was well stocked. We didn’t need anything. It had plenty of beach chairs. There was even extra toilet paper. Lots of rentals do not provide everything this condo had it all!
