The den area has double sleeper sofa and an accordion door to the kitchen for privacy. You will enjoy a gorgeous new kitchen including all appliances, updated wood-look flooring through the kitchen, main living and dining area, entire condo freshly painted, new guest room beds (2 full beds), new blinds throughout, and free wi-fi available!. Balcony access from the living room and master bedroom through NEW sliding glass doors. Bathrooms was upgraded in 2023. Both baths have shower only - no bathtub. This condo includes central air, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players; the living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs. The TV in the 2nd bedroom is for games and DVDs only. Washer and Dryer is in the condo. Maximum Occupancy is 9. BDRM 1: King Bed BDRM 2: 2 doubles LVRM: Queen Sleep Sofa DEN: Double Sleep Sofa.
