This beautiful 3-BR, 2-BA condo is an easy walk to the Beach and Sunset Island’s private Bay beaches and two Pools, Interactive Splash Fountains, on-site restaurant, and Fitness Center. This open floorplan features a fully equipped kitchen & Smart televisions throughout. Recently updated, this condo also has high-end electronics, stainless steel appliances, new flooring, and front loader washer and dryer. 

The Master Bedroom provides a King bed, & private full bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a Twin over Full bunk bed with Twin trundle.  A full bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have hair dryers and all three bedrooms have SMART televisions & Comcast Cable.

Great week!

We had a marvelous time on Sunset Island. Our 3 bedroom condo was beautiful with a kitchen/dining/living common area and room for all of us to to comfortably live. The balcony was a great place to relax during the day. With several beaches, indoor and outdoor pools, fun July 4th activities, a great view of the July 4th fireworks, we had never ran out of things to do. The ocean is a short walk away, the boardwalk a short drive and there are lots of restaurants, shops and activities nearby.
