Nice Property Close to Beach

Enjoyed our extended family vacation at the townhouse. Location was convenient and there were ample beds for our crew. We liked the many balconies and garage and street parking availability. The size and number of bedrooms was perfect for our group of 11.

Perfect Stay

The online listing was completely accurate and the townhouse was spotless. The owners are very friendly and called ahead of time to let me know everything about the property. I will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent stay

Our stay was excellent! All amenities were as described. Very roomy for seven of us. Beautiful views! Location is perfect, really in the heart of so many fun things to do, and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend!

Perfect for us!

High School friends with spouses had a grandparents gone wild weekend away. lol! This condo was all we hoped for, perfect for us. Clean, nice area, loved the decor. We are all ready to go back next year. Cant wait till we can book it!. Would recommend.

We love OC and this home

Location fabulous, parking amazing, spacious home close to the beach, food and shopping. Owner was attentive and stopped by to say hello. We enjoyed meeting her and her adorable dog. The floor layout was truly well done. 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor, living space on 3rd floor and 2 bedrooms on 4th floor. Was an amazing week!

Great spot for a group

Our group enjoyed the property immensely. The house was adorable with all the window seats and places to hang out. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had more than adequate tools if you wanted to cook. The owners were a pleasure to work with and quickly answered any questions that we had. The location of the townhome was perfect that we were able to easily access the great restaurants and shopping that mid-town has to offer. The wood floors were beautiful throughout.

We had issues with the A/C upon arrival. Things happen outside our control, as we all know. The Host was immediately responsive. Her swift diligence solved the issue in a timely manner. She was very gracious and accommodating.

Mistakes happen

I don't set my expectations for a property that every single little thing has to be absolutely perfect. However what I do expect is that when issues arise (and in my case it wasn't even that big of an issue) it will be met with responsiveness and doing everything possible to resolve the issue. That is exactly what I experienced with the host of this property. Additionally I actually made a mistake during the prepayment part of the booking process and Jennifer couldn't have been more understanding. I expect that anyone booking this property, the vast majority of the time the process will go without a hitch. However, those rare few times that something does come up, from our experience you can be rest assured that Jennifer will be taking steps to remedy the situation to the best of her ability. In summary, this property was great and our experience with Jennifer, the host, was even better.

Oc thanksgiving

I had grown kids and grandkids from college to infant and we all had a wonderful stay. We had a battery go bad in a smoke detector but the loft ceiling was too high to reach! A quick call to Jennifer and it was addressed immediately! The home was Brett nice. We will definitely stay there again!

Came up for the weekend with a few close friends for my brother’s bachelor party. Couldn’t ask for a better spot, the townhouse was very clean as well. Perfect location and walking distance to all the restaurants and attractions that you could dream of!

Decades-long friends had a wonderful time at this well appointed townhouse just a short walk to the beach. End-unit has extra windows and balconies with ocean views. Just what we were looking for!

Very convenient beach getaway

Was a nicely placed beach townhome. Close to multiple amenities and within walking distance to the beach. All the comforts of home. Very convenient that each bedroom had a designated bathroom for use. We will definitely keep it in mind for any future trips to OC.
