Very nice property consisting of rooms and cabins situated on the shore of Herring Creek along route 50 in West Ocean City. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Direct access to the creek for fishing/kayaking. I would stay here again.

This property is like staying in a private waterfront park. Incredibly nice setting with playground facilities and riverfront lounge area. The rooms are equally impressive - excellent use of a smallish space. Everything in the room looked brand new and practically unused. And to top it off - free breakfast! This is an astounding value for the money. Highly recommended!

Staff was AWESOME. Room was very clean, property is very well maintained. It was quiet as compared to the hustle and hustle of being in the strip in OC. LOVED being on the little creek, beautiful spot, nice chairs, fire pits. Great playground area ! Pool was very clean. Will definitely stay there again, next time maybe rent a cabin ? They weren't that much more expensive than the room. 10/10

Cool place great location. I’m sure it’s better amenity wise when the pool is open. Breakfast was help yourself to an egg and sausage sandwich from the fridge. The microwave is over there lol. It is what it is. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Location was the best part. For the money it’s a 3 1/2 to 4

Definitely would not stay here again. There is zero soundproofing and the beds are the least comfortable I've ever slept on. They said we couldn't park a second vehicle due to capacity constraints but that was BS because there were plenty of spots available. Overall, crappy experience. Avoid at all costs!!
