This newly renovated townhome is located 94th St Bayside right behind Liquid Assets, Lombardi's, Bull on the Beach, and our local grocery store Acme. Just a 5 minute walk and your toes are in the sand! The two story townhome includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with canal views and upgrades throughout! Boat slip access upon request! Amenities include TV's in every room, Xfinity 1GBPS internet, ductless HVAC in every room, free parking (1), and an awesome balcony for hanging around the firepit!
