Private dock & boat slip allows for docking of a boat. Outdoor shower, AMAZING views of the bay and the OC Skyline.
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. Bay Bliss on Madison
We stayed at Bay Bliss on Madison a few days between Christmas and New Years. The house was great and is exactly as advertised in the description/pictures. Check in was seamless and someone called us to follow up after we checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. We mostly ate out and didn't do much cooking but the kitchen is stocked with whatever you would need to cook and serve a meal. The views are awesome and we could see the fireworks at Northside Park from the deck. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend!
