70 m2. More information by the provider: Quiet and cozy 3,5-room apartment in traditional Swiss Chalet built in the 18th century. The chalet is located in Waldried, in a well preserved rural environment, at the edge of the forest. Sunny terrasse in front of the house; spacious meadow.  Outdoor activities: hiking and biking right from the house door. Skiareas: Rossberg (15 mn by car, ideal for children and beginner), Zweisimmen/Gstaad (20 mn), Jaunpass (30 mn), Adelboden/Lenk (50 mn). There are also many possibilities nearby for snowshoe tours, nordic skiing and ski touring.
An outside staircase leads up to this simple and cosy apartment located under the roof, which offers room for up to 5 persons. Living-room with Swedish stove, kitchen, one masterbedroom (2 beds), one bedroom (2 beds each), one small bedroom (1 bed). A baby crib is available on request. Heating with woodstove (electric heating also available), bathroom with two showers, bathtowles on request. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.
