Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend, gut erreichbar und für Feedback offen. Das Haus liegt nahezu alleine an einem Hang in Obernzell. Es bietet genug Platz für eine große Familie inklusive Kinder, eine Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Alles ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung versehen, wobei im oberen Geschoss ein Kamin zur Verfügung steht, sollte man eine andere Wärme bevorzugen. Egal ob im Winter oder auch im Sommer finden sich in direkter nähe verschiedenste Freizeitaktivitäten von Wanderung bis Freizeitbad. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Haus und den unkomplizierten Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traumhaus und die Lage ist super. Der Blick auf die Donau ist unbezahlbar. Einrichtung sehr schön und modern, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war für mich, als ob ich sie persönlich kennen würde. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Im Haus gibt es Bücher, DVDs und Spiele.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten an den sieben Sonnentagen in der ersten Märzwoche 2025 einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem besonderen Haus, und konnten, so als wäre schon Sommer, auf der Terrasse sitzen, mit der beeindruckenden Aussicht auf die Donau, mit den vorbeifahrenden Schiffen, und die einfach schöne Atmosphäre im Haus am Abend vor dem Kamin genießen. Schlicht gelungen!

Wunderschönes Objekt

Wir hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesen Ferienhaus! Die Lage entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen und war genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet, was sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgte. Der Blick aufs Wasser war einfach traumhaft und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders gemacht. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut stimmig. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in Bayern sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Auch der Kontakt zu Sandra war sehr gut und unkompliziert.
