You are looking for a spacious residence for 1-3 persons for your business or private stay on the southern outskirts of the cultural and industrial city HOF / Saale? We offer this for a rental period of two nights or more.

The living studio on the first floor of our graphic studio has been completely refurbished. Our guests have access to a gable-glazed living area including a separate bedroom-gallery with double bed and a single bed of more than 80 square meters. The premises have a newly designed sanitary area with toilet and shower. The German Tourism Association e. V. has classified our studio apartment with four stars.

Es war soweit in Ordnung

Auch wenn eine Klimaanlage und zwei Deckenventilatoren vorhanden sind, gibt es einen Nachteil der Galeriewohnung: Da sich das Bett in der Empore befindet und keine komplette Belüftung möglich ist, da die Fenster lediglich auf kipp zu stellen sind, ist die Frischluftzufuhr in den oberen Regionen, logischerweise etwas dürftig!
