The master suite with king bed and full bathroom is found on the second level along with the kitchen, living room and additional half-bath. The open design makes the sparkling kitchen and large living room flow together for ease of movement and conversation. Maximum use of patio doors and windows enhance views of the waterway to create even more openness.

On the entry level, three roomy bedrooms are each furnished with queen beds. A fourth has a queen bed as well as a twin-over-twin bunk bed, with plenty of space to spare. The spacious family room, like the rest of the home, gives everyone space to spread out. Bring your board games and pack the toys for a rainy day in front of the family room fireplace.

Other features include an elevator, outside shower with hot and cold water, large flat-screen tv’s on both levels and wireless internet access. An extra-nice feature of this property is the private walkway to your own dock, which leads to a deck with built-in wooden benches and a tap-water fish-cleaning sink.
