Con un excelente diseño de 'casa abierta' de la casa, disfrutará de un montón de tiempo de calidad con sus seres queridos. Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada para cocinar en familia, con todo, desde cortadores de galletas hasta una cafetera. Sus comidas caseras se pueden servir en la gran mesa de comedor con vista al amplio patio trasero. ¿No quieres cocinar? ¡No hay problema! La casa está a una cuadra de restaurantes locales, rincón de desayuno y heladerías.
La casa tiene un área boscosa en un lado, para ofrecer un poco más de privacidad y observación de la naturaleza. ¡Los búhos, las ardillas y los pájaros carpinteros se ven con frecuencia allí! Disfrute de un café de la mañana en una mecedora en nuestro porche a la sombra o pase la tarde divirtiéndose junto al fuego.

Nuestra casa está ubicada en el centro de todas las atracciones que Oak Island tiene para ofrecer. Dé un corto paseo hasta Malcolm Register Park en el canal Intercoastal para disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Perfect, spacious house right in the middle of Oak Island

This 3 bedroom house was exactly what we needed for our trip to Oak Island. Me and my family were there to watch our daughter's golf tournament at St. James Plantation, and it was 15 minutes away from the golf course. The house is 5 minutes away from many great restaurants on Oak Island and only 25 minutes from Southport. Publix is right down the road. I enjoyed having 3 bedrooms so we could spread out. Juli was a great host! Very gracious and responsive with communication. We hope to come back.

Beautiful, cozy home that is DOG FRIENDLY

We rented this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath home for the week. When we checked in the home was spotless. Washer and dryer in the home, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill and plenty of seating on the outside deck. There was a fire pit and horse shoe pit as well. We did not have to bring one thing from home. Linen and towels were provided. Our dogs loved the big back yard and we loved how close we were to the beach ( about 1/2 mile walking distance or less ) and all the shops and restaurants as well Juli is excellent at communicating with you also. We were delayed about 1/2 hour getting checked in because the cleaning service was running behind. Juli immediately compensated us with a discount. We will be staying here again and have recommended this host to family and friends

Comfortable, charming, and clean

This is a clean, comfortable, fun home to stay at during our Oak Island vacation. The home has everything we needed for our get away including a nice porch and great backyard. The host is great with communication and we had a great stay. 2 minute drive from the beach and close to great restaurants and stores. Located in a nice neighborhood. The home decor is charming. We would stay here again no doubt. Thanks Juli and Ben!

Exactly what we wanted!

Homey, comfortable, relaxing & well maintained. If looking for an upscale stay this isn't for you but if want to relax & feel at home & have all your needs met, this is the perfect place. Would stay here again when we comeback.

Very Satisfied with this property.

My sister and my cousin took our moms to Oak Island. This place was perfect for us. The location is great and just a short distance to the beach. Very clean and accommodating.

Excellent Home Away from Home!

Wanted to get away for a few days, and this was a perfect place to stay. Everything one could need was available and it is very close to anything you could need. We walked quite a bit due it being so close things; yet far off the main street enough, you don't feel like you are in the middle of everything. Although the weather was not conducive for this trip; there is a really nice fire pit setup in the back that would be great to sit around and enjoy. Great Place!

Annual family trip

The overall process was very good. The home was lovely with all the amenities from home. We enjoyed the public parking and the ability to drive to the beach. Our dogs also enjoyed the yard and the walks in the neighborhood.

Perfect beach getaway with pets

This was a great place to stay... and pet friendly. There is not a fence, but that is not a big deal. We just kept our 2 dogs on leashes. We were able to use a baby gate on the back deck so they could be leash free for a bit and still get fresh air. There is plenty of space in the house and the yard. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. Zero issues. The coded door worked great for us. I certainly plan to return and hope to book this house again.
