People that owed the home or whomever was staying upstairs ran off friends that came to see us when they tried to park. Sand was all over the floor when we entered and had to vacuum.

A Nightmare Stay: Miscommunication, Unpleasant Surprises, and Disappointing Conditions

Spam messages nonstop since booking, but no relevant check-in info. We were told keypad access = instructions, key access = office visit. However, no message about lock type received. Check-in readiness message arrived 34min late. After waiting 15min for entry info, we called the office and were told to pick up a key. Luckily, we arrived just before closing. Unsettlingly close. Inside, we found what appeared to be blood on the door, broken blinds in dinette & restroom, and an unsecured, non-functioning window AC. We had to secure our belongings in the car each time we left due to the unsafe AC situation. To top it off, we were visited by COCKROACHES every night. The bedroom carpet felt sandy, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable—loud crunching noises and stiffness. As if that weren't enough, we were also woken up by an alarm clock at 6am. Furthermore, we had to bag up all bedding and towels for housekeeping. Clearly, this unit's low rating is justified. Surprisingly, the price increased since booking. Save yourself the trouble and heed the reviews. We didn't, and it ruined our experience.

Dirty, towels were like sandpaper, no amenities, bed was awful - loud and hard, sheets and blankets were rough, we had several unwanted cockroach visitors Definitely would not stay there again
