Wow! Absolute Perfection

Ocean’s 10 was everything we needed and more! There was enough space for everyone to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The days we didn’t feel like going to the beach were spent in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beverage fridge in the kitchen kept our drinks cold, and the fridge in the garage was nice for the extras. We loved staying here and will stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay and loved the house! 6 of us came down to Oak Island for their race weekend, and this house was perfect for all of us to spread out! We loved the hot tub and appreciated the pack of starter toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Our stay also entered us into a drawing they were doing, and we won a 50 gift card to Paul’s of Oak Island! Great communication with the host and easy check in and check out directions. We’ll be back!

Beautiful well kept home. Lots of room for our family and very clean. Well stocked kitchen. The home had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The golf cart was very much appreciated. The host was exceptional, very prompt in his responses and resolution to our requests.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our weekend for a breast cancer walk. The staff was great with helping with the pool and took care of it right away. Would rent this house again for sure!

Excellent beach house

My friends and I had a great time at this beach house. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the spacious kitchen and living room area as we made meals and relaxed and watched movies. The golf cart was nice to check out this area of the island as well! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and Clean!

The house was amazing, very spacious, and super clean! We enjoyed relaxing on all the porches and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The beach was a super close walk and it was amazing to have a fenced in backyard for the dog. My family vacations at the beach every year and this was the best house we have stayed in.

Amazing spot

Property was very clean, spacious, and perfectly located. 2 min walk to the beach or 30 second golf cart ride. Pool and hot tub were on point! Property manager was easy to get a hold of and took care of minor issues quickly and easily. Certainly coming back!

Great house for a family gathering!

This house had so many amenities to keep our big family happy! The pool area with hot tub, bar, tv and firepit was our main hang out area when we were not at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked for families that love to cook. The golf cart was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this house.

Fantastic house

This house was beautiful and well maintained. The backyard and pool area was fantastic for hanging out with our two small dogs. We could let the dogs play in the yard while we enjoyed the pool and hot tub without worrying that they could get out of the fence. It was very secure.

Wonderful Beach House

What a great time we had cerebrating 4 generations (94 yrs old-3 mos old). The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything you needed. The beach was a 4 minute walk or a quick golf cart ride away. The pool was awesome option instead of the beach. Loved every thing about Oceans One!

We absolutely loved this property. It was the first time in years we had a private pool/hot tub and this group loved that feature. We had plenty of space for all our guests and never felt crowded. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to prepare meals. Golf cart was helpful getting to the beach with all our stuff but the walk was also easy. Property had a nice variety of beach chairs and toys. Extra garage fridge was helpful and the outdoor bathroom was great. Plenty of extra blankets and the property was extremely clean. Decor in this house was also very tasteful and made it feel like home at the beach:)

Fantastic stay.

Our first trip to Oak island. What a wonderful beach vacation! Ocean’s 10 is a beautiful home. Plenty of room to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub were a real bonus. They were much enjoyed. The golf cart came in really handy to get around. The only thing that did surprise us was the two first floor bathrooms were advertised on the website as having tub and shower combos. However both had been remodeled to have only showers. This presented a bit of a challenge bathing our 1 and 3 year old grandchildren. The master bath has a whirlpool tub so we had a workaround. This is a fantastic home. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Disappointed with first impressions

Nothing was cleaned on the outside ie, hot tub, pool, garbage left from people before, grill not cleaned and no fuel. The filter in the refrigerator needed to be changed. Other then that, the living accommodations were great for the family. Also, the short walk to the beach.

My family absolutely loved the home and all of its amenities, especially the pool , hot tub and elevator. The extra fridge in the garage supplied ample space for extra food and drink. Oh.. and the beverage fridge in the kitchen literally remained ( hidden) to us for a day. It looks like an extra dishwasher.. lol The water dispenser needs one of those bottles of water you purchase.. not sure if it makes ice because we never purchased the bottle. The kitchen is well stocked with sharp knives, a hand mixer and two coffee makers… and loads of dishes and pots and pans in excellent condition. We purchased a lemon/ lime squeezer and left it there. Loved the separation on the second floor… two bedrooms on one side and two on the other. .. bathrooms for both sides. The master on the top floor is spacious with a walk in closet. The decor of the house speaks to that beachy feel. Love, love the leather sofas that recline. The golf cart is a huge plus .. 6 person cart. And a beach parking pass with it. I just wished for at least a toilet room on bottom floor near the outdoor shower, especially if you are playing in the pool or sitting in the hot tub. One must walk up stairs or take the elevator to the second floor to use the bathroom. I highly recommend this fabulous home.., My family could not stop raving about it!! .. it is everything you wish for in a beach house and more. Can’t wait til next year!!

Ants! Nice home, but dirty.

Beautiful home, if it is clean! If not for the ant infestation, it would have been a five rating for us. Two members of our party had to go home due to ants in the mattress in the yellow queen room. Other minimal problems present as well. When booking, be ready to bring your own cleaning supplies and check all rooms/spaces for ants. In addition, the egg chairs listed in photos were not present and no pre-warning was given.

Perfect!

This home is the perfect place for families with dogs. There isn’t another house on the island with such a large, well cared for, fenced in back yard. The pool and hot tub, and tiki bar, are wonderful additions. The kitchen really is chefs grade. Refrigerator in the garage near the pool, extra bonus! And the golf cart was so nice for evening trips out! It’s in a quiet location but literally so close to the beach, with all the beach gear ready for use! The layout of the rooms and all of the decks and porches made this a memorable family trip! Property manager responded quickly and handled a very minor issue. Just can’t say enough about this gem! We wanted to book this home again for next year before we even left! Can’t wait to come back!
