Awesome apartment in Nusbaum with WiFi

You can enjoy the beautiful garden from the covered terrace of this well-kept and cozy vacation apartment. The whole apartment is on the first floor and has a modern bathroom. Since the ceiling is a little lower than usual, it is not suitable for tall guests over 1.90m. Access to the terrace and the beautiful garden with sandbox and barbecue is in the living room. The whole property has several seating options, either in the sun or in the shade. On request on site with the friendly landlady you are welcome to serve in the large vegetable garden. Washing at the owner possible on request and for a fee. Nusbaum is a state-approved tourist resort in the southern Eifel in the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm in Rhineland-Palatinate. In the beautiful nature of the Eifel you can hike, bike and mountain bike. Shopping can be done in Mettendorf, 4 km away, or in the lively market town of Neuerburg. Swimming pools are available in Mettendorf, Neuerburg and Irrel. Since 2015 there is the dinosaur park Teufelsschlucht in Ernzen, which is open in summer. The new, free audio tour tells exciting and entertaining stories about the development of life and makes the journey through the history of the earth a real experience.

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung. Alles was benötigt wird ist ausreichend vorhanden. Schöner Garten mit diversen Obst/Nussbäumen. Sehr nette alte Dame die einen herzlich in Empfang nimmt. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit und die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für uns war es ein Wanderurlaub. Viele schöne Wanderrouten in der Nähe vorhanden.

Goed verblijf met grote tuin

Het is ons in Nusbaum prima bevallen. In de advertentie stond vermeld dat de woning minder geschikt is voor lange mensen en dat klopt. Wij hadden er geen last van. Allee is aanwezig, maar wel ff zelf vaatwasser tabletten meenemen

Gîte très agréable

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à Nusbaum. La propriétaire (qui habite à l'étage) est très sympathique. Discrète mais aux petits soins, prête à ammener les choses qui pourraient manquer, réparer une lampe cassée ou chercher un ballon pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Le gîte est très confortable, chaleureux et bien équipé. Parfaitement conforme à la description sur le site et aux photos. Le jardin est juste magnifique : joliment décoré et de manière originale (j'ai adoré l'arbre dont les feuilles tombées ont été remplacées par de petits arrosoirs colorés). Il y a 2 balançoires pour les enfants, quelques jouets, un beau salon de jardin, il faudrait revenir à la belle saison pour en profiter. Bref un très bon séjour et un gîte à recommander.
