ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!! An amazing hotel, an unforgettable experience! This hotel has it all and we can’t wait to go back again. The staff are just remarkable and every single thing is catered for. In particular Yudi, Mita and Darma were on hand to make our stay exceptional. We paid the extra for The Level and it was completely worth it. Everything from sunglasses cleaned to cold towels on the private beach, afternoon tea and high end nibbles with cocktails were all included. It was definitely worth the extra. Thank you so much for making our holiday THE best ever!

Fantastic setting over a beautiful site and food quality and choice in the individual restaurants out of this world. Suite we stayed in was a little tired but overall a magical place to stay. All inclusive price was worth every penny. As our first trip to Bali it was everything we wanted it to be.

Food was excellent but expensivd. Best to get an all inclusive deal..well worth it. Drinks all included and all meals..eat as much as you want and drink. Staff are awesome very friendly. Got a deal.that included excursion to Sanur and Ulawatu temple. Missed sunset due to traffic. Pool is very tepid but not very deep. Viilage 15 min walk for cheaoer shopping than Bali connection which is close by. Loved our stay.

The room and facilities were really nice. Since this is a well-known hotel, pickups to excursions/tour guides always know where to pick you up from. It’s in walking distance to the shopping center and to the beach. It’s a safe area and the staff were very friendly. Food at the restaurants and buffet were tasty. Overall a good stay.

Room was excellent….housekeeping not so much…was hit or miss. Also AC continually broke down, and after being told motor needed to be replaced, 3 days later it was still not done, even after someone came by every day. They did make amends and offered a massage, but for a 5 star hotel, neither or the above things should have been an issue at all.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Family friendly, great service, amazing breakfast, walking distance to Bali Collections which has lovely shops and dining. Would stay at Melia again.
