The beach is just an easy stroll from home, or you can visit the crocodiles at the El Cora Crocodile Sanctuary, about five miles away. Craving some culture? Horrible communication. No access to rental. Unprofessional. Scam.

Company refuses to provide access information to the rental unit. They proceeded to send unprofessional text messages asking for personal information on a platform that was not secure. They waited until they received payment from me, then changed all access keys so I could not enter the unit. Never book with this company. It is a scam.

We’ve stayed at this complex before (2022) but in a different unit (rented from owner) and really enjoyed our stay. This unit under the management of Vacasa was such a disappointment! Dirty; A/C didn’t work properly; limited kitchen essentials; dipping pool full of bugs because the filter wasn’t working and it took six days for someone to fix it. When we contacted Vacasa they initially said they would look into it but then ignored us!! Don’t bother. Stay someplace else!!

Loved the location and check in was easy. No washer/dryer. Master bath smelled like urine. Could have been cleaner. Light switches were funky. Furniture and kitchen supplies were cheap but useful. Very spacious condo. Weird layout but comfortable. Unresponsive to requests like a toilet that didn't work and another's flushing handle fell off. No extra towels and sheets; and no dishwasher. We enjoyed our stay none-the-less
