Great location / poor furniture / no washer/dryer

Pros: -Location is near the beach -Spacious condo -Property manager is responsive -kitchen stocked , however one dish towel for 10 days and no washer ! Need to do hand washing. - good size bedrooms and baths. Cons : -Sofas and area rug are stained and dirty -No washer or dryer -Furniture is uncomfortable and very sparse -Slider on patio window is broken -Bathrooms plumbing is unreliable. -No deadbolt on main door , one key to lock the door when you are out or inside the condo. Very odd set up. -2 beach chairs are child sizes. Had to request a chair - No TV in main room, TV set up is in a small den allowing 2 people to sit on uncomfortable 2 seater. - old broken broom, had to request a broom. The building itself is clean with a nice pool and the permanent residents are very friendly.
