Luxurious Condo in World Renowned El Tigre Golf Resort
Paul and I had a dream to own a place in paradise, and we found it.
Entering our luxury modern condo you are completely surrounded by green. The furnishings have belonged to my family in Mexico for a long time, and the decor is classic and comfortable with a lot of Mexican flair.
We require a 14 nights minimum stay that will give you access to the beach club and facilities like the Pool and Jacuzzi.
Isla Palmares is located in a tourist enclave in Nuevo Vallarta.
The condo is brand new and is fully equipped and very confortable with two bedrooms each with king size beds all mattresses are brand new and window treatments in bedrooms have black out curtains. Generous plush towels and fine linens, two walking closets, two washrooms, private yet airy front patio, there’s an even more private patio off the master bedroom.
Filtered ice water dispenser in sink and fridge with filter ice and water dispenser, washer and dryer.
Wifi and 56 inch television Netflix YouTube prime video.
Handy cup access trough out the complex.
The property itself has two beautiful swimming pools with outdoor jacuzzi, two big palapas to gather with friends, barbecue or just relax and with WiFi.
It sits alongside El Tigre golf corse and restaurants, for a small fee one can also access the golf club, spa, beach club (card) provides towels and full use of beach, loungers, pool, bar, sports center with jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, 25 meter lap pool, squash courts, 5 tennis courts, billiard, basketball, shuffle board, weights and cardio equipment, free classes of yoga, pilates and spinning.
Walking distance there’s a casino where you can also find the Tuesday market ( fresh sea food, snacks and artisans) shopping mall with grocery store,ATM, salones, cafes, restaurants and a free shuttle loops around to all mention locations every 30 minutes.
For 15 pesos you can be in central Puerto Vallarta by bus to enjoy the culture, food, shopping and walk along the beautiful Malecón.

The property is lovely and condo had a home feel to it and interesting decor.
This was our first time staying at Isla Palmares. It is almost across the road from the Sports plex which we loved for access to fitness activities and the lap pool. The beds were super comfortable in the condo and everything you needed was available. The pool area had nice seating. It is about 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 mins to the golf course. The shuttle goes by every half hour. The owners are very accommodating and helpful in answering questions.
