Property was in a good location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Convenience store half a block away. Beach within reasonable walking distance. Overall it is a nice property. Negatives were 1. the safe was locked so could not be used. 2. The shower head was somewhat clogged so it was spraying over the top and shower water pressure was very poor. 3.The traffic noise is loud as to be expected on a busy main street. 4.We occasionally found very tiny ants on the kitchen counter. Not a lot so we just made sure any open food was in the fridge.5. we woke up one morning to a fire truck down below dealing with and issue in the restaurant on the main floor. There was no alarm. There was the smell of melting electrical wiring and our noses were full of black specks so we are not sure how long we were breathing that, Overall we were not unhappy in the unit.
