The room was extremely dirty, had hair on the linens, blood stains, and more. The bathroom looked it wasn't clean as well, i attached pictures of the bed in the way that it was found

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Colón fue muy agradable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas. El personal fue muy amable. Cuentan con restaurante, bar, piscina y amplio aparcamiento. El único problema que tuve fue que hice la reserva en línea y debía pagar en el hotel al llegar. Quise pagar en efectivo, pero al llegar e intentar pagar, el empleado me dijo que la reserva ya estaba pagada. Revisé mi cuenta bancaria y vi que habían cargado el importe a mi tarjeta de débito horas antes. En general, ¡disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia!
