On the ground floor are 2 living rooms, kitchen and bathroom. On the upper floor you have access to 3 bedrooms, two of them each with three beds and one with a single bed. In the TV are also a few German TV channels to choose from. The wooden house is situated on an attractive, sunny panoramic site at Gravikvågen. On the terrace you can enjoy the fresh sea air in peace. Only 100 meters away is the good fishing area. On site, there is a boat shed and a floating dock, moored to the 18 foot open aluminum boat and equipped with a 20 hp outboard motor that is rent-free. Only the cost of the fuel used must be paid locally. Echo sounder and GPS can be rented. At the small boat shed, where you can stow your fishing tackle, there is also a simple filleting bench available. Fishing is possible here in the waters of the Gravikvåg cove, in the Årsetfjord and further out towards the Lekafjord. There are also several fishing lakes to choose from in the area. It is 3.4 km to the grocery store. Good parking for cars on site at the house.
