1) no reception. I called but the lady in poor English can't explain where the keys are. after more than half an hour of searching, i found a keybox with the key, called again, got the code, and finally got the keys! 2)I was supposed to get a 2 person room with a double bed. i got 3 single beds. when I called again, the answer was: I should be happy because I got a triple room. 3) dirt behind the bed! old food leftovers not cleaned up (smelled) 4) when I opened the window in the bathroom, I saw a lot of bird droppings, an unbearable stench. so it was better not to open the bathroom window! (in summer at +30C) on the END the best!!! morning at 8:45 a.m. the cleaners came into the room, asking me out of the room! because ... they have to clean up! I had to go downstairs where a man asked me why I was in this room because I should be in another! at checkout, about 5 ladies in the restaurant, each one went for a different one and checked if everything was ok, I lost about 20 minutes there ... i do not recommend this hote l!!!

Loved your hotel - just beautiful!

Loved the accommodations - a beautiful place! Lots of beds for the family to spread out. Good price for 2 rooms which included breakfast! Would definitely stay there again!

Nice character older style hotel

Hotel had been recently refurbished and the bedrooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming at reception and we were also unfortunate to experience a power cut on our first day so we were unable to charge our phones or shower etc which was an inconvenience and the staff were indifferent when we mentioned it.Breakfasts were basic but adequate for our needs but don't leave it too late for breakfast as we did one day as there was nothing left, so it's obviously not replenished and we rarely saw any staff! I believe you can pay extra and eat in another dining room if wished as there's a menu for a better breakfast if wished, with Eggs Benedict etc. that aside it was ideal for us to use as a central base to the town and to visit our family. So for that reason, we would come back again! If they want to get a higher rating then they seriously need to have cheerier staff and a better breakfast as that's what's letting it down! Shame, as the style of the hotel and the bedrooms are great!

Příjemný pobyt

Ubytování v hotelu bylo vynikající, byli jsme všichni spokojeni. Pokoj byl dobře a funkčně zařízený, postel byla pohodlná. Snídaně výborná, vše bylo neustále doplňováno. Velké překvapení nás však čekalo po oba večery, kdy jsme si všichni objednali večeři (bylo nás celkem 7). Všechna jídla byla pokaždé chuťově vynikající, servírování odpovídalo pětihvězdičkovému hotelu. Veškerý personál se choval vstřícně, všichni byli milí, ochotní a velice komunikativní, každé naše přání bylo vždy splněno. Můžeme jen a jen chválit, ať je to kuchyně, servis, vybavení hotelu i čistota. Za dobu pobytu jsme si stačili prohlédnout pouze náměstí, ostatní jsme bohužel časově nezvládli, protože jsme každý den odjížděli do Bílovce fandit vnučce na mistrovství ČR ve volejbalu. Pokud však bude další příležitost, rádi se vrátíme a město si se všemi památkami prohlédneme. Ještě jednou děkujeme.
