Un lotissement sympathique dans une réserve verte

Calme et dépaysement garantis chez Ricardo, fort sympathique. Ni télévision, ni lave linge, ni piscine ou autre bain à remous. Juste la nature Sicilienne. Les voisins adjacents à la propriété de Ricardo sont discrets et la mer se rejoint à pieds en 10mn. L'équipement est spartiate avec une literie confortable. L'eau du robinet est saumâtre. Et les amandiers environnants sont aussi accueillants que Ricardo : merci pour ce séjour!

Zum entspannen perfekt

Haben eine sehr entspannte Woche hier verbracht.In der Nähe schönes Naturschutzgebiet und Möglichkeiten am Strand spazieren zu gehn.Ohne Auto kommt man leider nicht zum Haus,und Supermärkte sind auch weiter weg(zumindest im Frühjahr).

Ein sehr besonderer Platz inmitten einer schönen Landschaft. Interessante , liebevolle Gestaltung des Raums (wir waren in der kleinen Ferienwohnung). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Meer und Besichtigung der Barockstädte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Ruhige Auszeit in wundervoller Landschaft

Unsere fünf Nächte in dieser Unterkunft waren einfach klasse. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Landschaft, die zu langen Spaziergängen einlädt. Nach ca. 5 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht man den feinen Sandstrand der von den großen Touristenmassen verschont bleibt und an dem wir die meiste Zeit alleine verbringen konnten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Obwohl wir sehr spontan und kurzfristig gebucht hatten, hat alles super geklappt. Die "Hütte" wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und eingerichtet. Für Menschen mit geringen Ansprüchen, die einfach eine Auszeit vom Alltag zurückgezogen in der Natur suchen können wir diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Wir waren begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

A beautiful property ...

This really is a lovely property - it is a little unfinished (lights have yet to be fitted in some rooms and a few doors don't fit properly) but I am sure that this is part of the 'work in progress'. The beds are super comfortable - although there wasn't much bedding, thankfully it was warm. It does rely on outdoor living because there is no where to sit inside (for example a sofa) and the kitchen is lacking a table. Also one bedroom had an unused fridge in it! It needs more mugs (don't break one - there are only two!) and cutlery. And there was no sign of the washing machine or a usable barbecue - nor the television. But the wifi worked well. I am sure that the house is simply going to get better and better - the owners really do have an eye for detail and are onto a good thing here.

Eine tolle Umgebung und Haus! Super Strand fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir haben fast eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es war eine tolle Zeit und eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Das Haus war sauber und viele Sachen waren schon in der Küche vorhanden. Ein Backofen und eine Kaffeemaschine fehlten leider. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, sprach aber leider wenig englisch. Im Haus selbst sind zwei Zimmer mit jeweils einem Bad. Die Bäder waren toll. Großer Spiegel mit LED Licht und Steinwand als Dusche. Im Haus gibt es leider keine Möglichkeit an einem Tisch zu essen. Dafür gibt’s aber zwei Terrassen, die leider bei regen nicht benutzt werden können, weil es kein richtiges Dach gibt. Internet war auch vorhanden und konnte die ganze Zeit kostenfrei genutzt werden. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Zu Fuß braucht man 15 Minuten bis zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Dieser ist nicht überlaufen. Mit dem Auto braucht man 10 Minuten bis zum kleinen Händler und 20 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt. Ihr solltet auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben! In 30 Minuten ist man in der wunderschönen Stadt Noto. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt’s. Das große Gelände vom Vermieter hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Es sah so aus, als ob es viele Baustellen auf dem Gelände gab. Der Whirlpool, der auf dem Inserat gut aussah, war abgedeckt. Laut Vermieter würde er aufgrund vom Ende der Saison zugemacht. Jedoch sah es so aus, als würde er länger nicht genutzt worden sein.

Beautiful place

The house including the facilities was clean, as described and is well taken care off. There are several unique designed details, which I really appreciated. The landlord Riccardo did pay good attention for my stay, was very helpful and kind. While traveling by bus, for me it was just the perfect place for a near to nature and quiet holiday. The house is basic, but you got all things necessary. There is a stunning view to nature reserve Vendicari from the property, what is lovely in the evening when the city lights are far away and you can listen to the sound of the sea. The garden is a place to relax and within a ten minutes walk there is a beautiful little bay, where were just a few other bathers. Eloro is close and for visiting Vendicari it is possible to hike along the sea or go by bike – for those who like cycling. My other highlight at the area Syrakus was cycling the twisted road from Avola to Belvedere/Cavagrande and the Laghetti Cavagrande. For staying while low season I would rent a car for my next stay because public transport from Marina di Noto is only in high season. Because I was traveling on my own, it would have been useful for me to be more familiar with rural enviroment. Therefore I would recommend to get in touch with Riccardo to have the best advice. Casa Pezzuta was a great discovery for me and I hope to visit it again.

Piccolo paradiso!

Casa Pizzuta is a 120year old farm located at the very end of a sandy road in Lido di Noto, among almond and olive trees. Enchanting landscape, total quiet. A beautiful sand beach can be reached by foot in 10/15min (even with child) The house is cool, has two bathrooms, very comfortable double bed+sofa, large terrace. Tap water not drinkable. Riccardo the owner is as kind and helpful as you can ever expect. A dream place for holidays.

Sehr schönes gemütliches "Ein-Raum-Häuschen" für Leute, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Schöner ruhiger Sandstrand in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Bars, Restaurants und kleine Alimentari in Lido di Noto in 2 km Entfernung Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

“Un piccolo gioiellino”

“A Giniusa” è una stanza separata ed autonoma rispetto al corpo centrale,dove poter dormire all'interno di un'opera d'arte contemporanea. Riccardo ha stravolto l'idea della camera da letto per consegnarla alla sua utopia e solo entrando e abitando la camera che l'opera sarà pienamente realizzata , con l'idea diaccompagnare un sogno.
